About us

Two Finger Salute are a punk band hailing from Cheshunt, Hertfordshire. They've been together since 2006 and have acheieved so much, playing sell out shows in and around Hertfordshire/London..Playing alongside some great bands including; Vic [Pianist from The Slackers and also does keys for Rancid and The Transplants], The King Blues, Assert, Swellbellys, Moral Dilema and many more. They are known for their strong political songs, catchey beats and funny IF NOT CRAZY at times stage persona.

"They spread love where ever they go and are always hailed as being the nicest guys you'll ever meet, they are willing to play gigs anywhere humanly possible whether it's in venues like The Underworld or acoustic sets in a taxi cab, they love to play and spread their strange new ideas that people should actually love each other instead of branding each other terrorists. We're all children of war now days and it takes a big heart to stand up and unite people regardless of race, creed or class."

“Young and fresh with a political swing that will get them into trouble” by Roger Daltrey

“Pretty tight, man!” by Barney of Sonic Boom Six

The Herald Paper

Cheshunt Pop/Punk/Harcore act Two Finger Salute is top of the bill at the best of local night on Monday. They are known for some crazy on stage antic so be prepared for a show.

Surface Unsigned Festival

Two Finger Salute Sending an almighty up yours to the powers that be to remind them ‘the world is not for sale’, Two Finger salute punked up the volume in the opening salvo of tonight’s Surface Unsigned campaign. Opting for raw emotion over panache, the foursome melded punk metal with ska, taking route one to the hearts and minds of the audience in the time honoured tradition of NOFX or Capdown. Whilst not every syllable was entirely audible, the screaming painted a thousand words in itself. Maybe that was the point – you’ll never be heard if you don’t shout up once in a while.
