Trick Pixie - Tricking Darkly – Tricking Music

Trick pixie is a female artist named so in 2007 as a result of her current partner’s nickname for her being ‘pixie’. The trick derives from the tricking of music both traditional and non traditional and the mixing of natural urban and rural everyday sounds. Ambiguous in intent her experimental music is rooted between dark illusion, shadows and reality, shot with undertones of avant garde and urban expressionism.

‘Hides Its Fires’ and ‘Deliria’ are debut singles from the yet to be released Tricking Darkly album, influenced by times past and present and the pure emotion felt at a given moment.

Favourite things; writing music, a cup of earl grey tea, science fiction, the morning star, the sea, science, the universe, the planets, nature and wildlife, philosophy, editing film that truly means something and pure white cotton bed linen.
