About us
The Tatianas are a 3 piece indie-rock band that emerged from the parisian undergroud rock scene, which has been lighting Paris on fire for a couple of years now, by playing their first gig at the Bar 3 (famous for hosting all Parisian bands at the time) in September 2005. Since then, they played in many different venues in and outside Paris.
Their music is very much influenced by the Libertines, the Dirty Pretty Things, and the likes of Richard Hell.
The Tatianas are amongst the best on this scene, they have it all, great songs, talent, incredible charisma, looks, attitude and they play amazing shows!
In October 2006, the French movie director, Gaël Morel, contacted them for a live participation in his latest movie “Après Lui” (starring famous French actress Catherine Deneuve) which was first seen at the Cannes film festival this year.
The band also supported Razorlight on their French Tour in February 2007 and has been playing gigs in Germany and England since then (in London at the Proud Gallery, at Alan McGee’s Death Disco Party at the Notting Hill Arts Club, at the Old Blue Last, the Carling Bar Academy Islington, the Rythm Factory...)and lately they played with the Wombats in Liverpool in front of a sold out - 1400 fans - Carling Academy.
They’re currently recording their first and promising EP and playing concerts in Paris before touring Europe.
