About us


The Suburbs were formed early in 2006. Since then, we have been concentrating on writing original material. Initially, Richard and Michael were jamming and decided that they needed a singer. soon enough cliff came on the scene to play guitar and sing. Following a few months of rehearsals, Tim joined as lead guitarist. Each member of the band contributes to the writing of the songs. The diverse writing style has crafted the unique sound of The Suburbs! The suburbs are now enjoying playing venues in and around london and are booked up until april. all members are really enjoying the live thang and are striving to improve on what they have already acheived. The suburbs will be taking a little time off during spring and summer months to produce a demo worthy of their live performances. The suburbs would like to thank everyone for their support, from producing flyers to making up numbers at gigs, you know who you are. Watch this space for details.......
