F**k the scene, break the mould, peace and love, until the lights go out, what’s it all about, is it, A, the words of one of rock and roll’s greats or B, the motto of one of the most promising bands from Stoke, about to hit the big time, that’s right, the answer is B.

It is about time that some iconic rock funk makers took the record industry by storm, that don’t conform to the traditional, almost expected, Indie style and are more importantly from our very own undiscovered city.

Maybe we are sick of hearing about the local pottery firm launching their new plate collection, or Mr ‘Angels’ Williams donating another miniscule chunk of his millions to our ‘very needy’ city (yeah right), what we really want is a band, born and bred, Stoke til I die, to conquer the music universe, and you know what, it might just be about to happen.

Ladies and Gentlemen, what everyone has been waiting for, I give you The Rebounds.

Indie, Punk Funk Rockers from Stoke On Trent... been unsettling the unsigned scene for the past 2 years, playing there catchy punk riffs up and down the country supporting some great acts such as The Inspiral Carpets, Alabama 3, Yeti, The Blutones and others!

Industry should be taking note with a visit to Stoke, as The Rebounds are one of the most important bands in the country today!!

There sound is taken from an eceltive mixture of bands such as Dinosaur Junior, Black Flag, THe Clash, The Strokes, and many more!
