About us


Hey! We are The Oncoming, a new indie/prog rock band. We started when Dan Beale and Steve Davies had alot of time on their hands and Dan thought it would be a great idea to work with such a talent, as is Steve. We realised that we both had quite an ability to write songs, that were catchy and upbeat. We then continued to write songs varing from fast, upbeat songs, to slow, relaxed songs, that sound kinda like snow patrol. Ever since we have continued to work at improving and writing songs, which we have a total of 7 at this time being, till we decied it was time for....Possum Power! We later added Dan Davies into the band to play drums as Steve used to be in a band with him when they were younger (although all copies of c.d. have been burned lol)But here we are, Enjoy!
