"A REFRESHING EXCEPTION TO THE NORM'"

The Luna Band are born from one of fate's brighter plans to bring together, in a relationship that is currently leading up to what will undoubtedly been the most rock and roll wedding I have ever attended, the lead vocalist (Janet) and guitarist (Anthony) who also happens to have a bass playing brother (Chris) who later found a mate who, when awake, does drums (Tristan).
The name comes from a full moon spotted peeking cheekily from behind 4 of the most epic cranes you have ever seen in your life, currently lurking ominously outside the bassist's residence by which we are completely and irrationally captivated! seriously...its unhealthy!

The songs have a massive feel good factor attached to them. The act is chilled and melodious and the haunting female vocals are well complimented by the fine tuned indie undertone.

The band has brought together 4 of the most committed and intelligent musicians I have ever had the pleasure of working with. 'Team Luna' have a colourful and eclectic history as individual musicians with a multitude of prior experiences ranging from weddings, tribute bands and the odd impromptu outdoor alcohol induced BBQ gig which was a massive success amongst party goers, if not neighbours!.
They have an enigmatic ability to communicate amongst themselves, via the media of their music when crafting their art, the songs seem to come together all on their own which is testiment to the quality of the band and the connection they possess. This then translates to their audience making the band universally adorable.

The opportunity to come together as a collective, on this creative endeavour to produce groundbreaking original music which maintains a distinctly vintage feel has brought new zest and inspiration to the group which shines through in their songs.
They are, and continue to be a pleasure to work with.
