the harks - formed at Aquinas College:
an indie / pop 4 piece that originate from Hazel Grove, Stockport... formed in March 2008

Influences come from a range of writers and artists, from Pete Shelley to The Libertines to Gavin Clarke... The list goes on....

Things really seem to be looking up, having only been going for a few months, the harks are already one of the XFM uploaded bands and have appeared on Channel M..

Their "Original and Creative" tunes are currenlty being showcased through live, energetic gigs all across the Northwest. Building up a strong following in the Stockport area, and strangely enough, Australia, through the powers of MySpace and help and support of OzMuzo...

With the band going from strength to strength as they power through as many venues as possible, it shouldn't be too long before you can catch an electrifying set somewhere near you...
