The Band


About us


The Genevieves were formed by James Poulton and Andrew McTaggart early last year (2006) and were joined by talented singer/songwriter Stephanie Townsley just before her 16th birthday in May 06. Based in their studio on the outskirts of Edinburgh the three began working on their first album 'Cliches Are Such a Bore'. Drawing from many influences and with Stephanies ear for melody and stunning voice, the three work in partnership to create the unique sound of 'The Genevieves'. Thanks for taking the time to visit our page and listening to the songs. The album 'Cliches Are Such a Bore' should be available in shops and stuff in the next wee while. Thanks Again XXXX
