About us


The band was formed under the name 'Murmur' in 2003 by Alex Eccles and Jake Barlow. after going through several different rhythm sections, the band decided that they were not working and ditched all other non-founding members. It was on this songwriting partnership that they would build 'The Dead Falsettos'. 3 years since the reinvention, and massive improvement has been made. Jordi Juritz (bass/synths/cello) has been added creating a original alternative rock/irony pop/weird sound for the band. The band are starting to generate intrest within the record industry with their debut (well, soon to be debut) single 'Lazy', and other songs written by the band. WOW.
