About us


The Chase are a four piece band from Levenshulme, Manchester. The band enjoys showcasing their music to as wide an audience as possible and play regular gigs in and around the city of Manchester. Gigs outside of Manchester have so far included the like of Birmingham, London and Liverpool.

Highlights for The Chase include;

* C4's Teletext "Band of the Week” which described the Chase as “Easily capable of becoming a band of the people".
* "Se7en" and “The Train” videos regularly playing on the BBC Big Screen in Manchester City Centre’s Exchange Square.
* Finalists in the 2005 National Student Music Awards ahead of 300 bands nationwide.
* "Whoose Gonna Want You Now" video made for SUTV & shown across the UK.
* A number of Radio appearances on stations including All FM & Imagine FM.
* “The Train” reaching number one spot on the ListenToManchester.co.uk online chart.
