About us
SLC were conceived in the late summer of 2006.
They have played gigs all over the North-West of England, including The Retro Bar in Manchester and The Cavern Club in Liverpool.
Shaun has played in various bands down the years, including ('Shorn', 'Adadesire', 'Dash Rip Rock', ‘The Sinister Chuckles' & ‘Dynamo Tourettes'. Prolific songwriter & drinker, and serial failed-womaniser, this penniless playboy of the Western world doesn't suffer fools gladly, he just joins in with them occasionally.
Ste played with Nottingham bands ‘This Is Not An Exit' (Shaun suggested that it would have been an easier name to remember if they had been called ‘Entrance’!) Ste, ‘the face with the bass', injects his own unique brand of driving bass with melodic loops and hooks(!?) with a penchant for super-bad hats.
Terry is far too chilled out for his own good ('far-out' and ‘well, fancy that' being his strongest swear-phrases to date!), Terry spent a number of years playing professional rugby in Australia. Back in Chorley, Terry started his musical career playing tambourine with a little-known local band, ‘A Band of Midgets'. Terry joined Shaun and Ste as a replacement drummer in the now defunct ‘Shorn’.
