Pete - Singer/Songwriter

About us


Pete is a singer/songwriter from a town called Coatbridge, just outside of Glasgow, Scotland.

He has made appearances at venues such as Glasgow’s King Tuts (SOLD OUT THREE TIMES), Glasgow’s ABC (HEADLINE SHOW, 1300 CAPACITY VENUE) Glasgow’s Carling Academy, Garage, QMU (Support), London’s Mean Fiddler and Garage (Support), Manchester’s Academy’s 1 2 and 3 (Support) and Dublin’s Olympia (Support), Scotland’s biggest annual music festival T in the Park, L.A.’s Viper Room, amongst many other venues, and shows how hard working Pete is to build on his fan base.

Pete has also performed an acoustic set of the songs from the debut album “This Is Modern Soul” in LA with fan and friend Alan Mcgee DJ-ing (Creation Records, Oasis, Primal Scream).

He completed a UK tour this year supporting OCEAN COLOUR SCENE. (SOLO ACOUSTIC)
Since releasing "Modern Soul" as a single, on download only format from the LP, the song has gained great airplay success across the U.S. and recently legendary Indie DJ Rodney Bingenheimer has praised the track and others from the LP by playing them on his show at KROQ five weeks in a row!

The LP “This Is Modern Soul” is now available on the ModRock Music label at various independent record stores and online digital download stores such as Itunes and Napster and many more.
