About us


notnowkato are a wash of sharp guitar riffaage, powerfully catchy vocals, punchy bass grooves and grinding beats.

Formed from the ashes of other established local bands (Fi-Lo Radio & Chevrons), respected producer and 'human jukebox' Jimmy Langlor introduced bass generator Chris McKnight and drummer CJJopson in late summer 2007.

Bonding over all things Partridge and Saville, the trio immediately hit it off soon began writing and recording songs at a furious pace and developed a live set in just under 2 months. The fourth member (Paul) joined the band in February 2008 after returning from touring the world for two years.

After testing the water at jam and acoustic nights notnowkato are now ready to present the finished article to the listening world. We hope you like it.
