Nick Ward. The best unsigned songwriter around today? Probably.

A songwriter with a sound all his own, Nick Ward is a relatively late starter when it comes to producing and releasing his own material. After a break of almost ten years, Ward returned to his homeland from London, and started writing again.
Taking inspiration from both city and country life, and musical influences from almost everywhere, Wards’ beautifully crafted songs are filled not only with melody and passion, but also with an edge to set them apart from the plethora of sound-alikes currently awash in our stratosphere.

September 2007 saw the release of debut album ‘Outside Looking In’. The album was recorded at Front Room Productions studio in Neath, with partner in crime Rob Griffiths on drums and Mearc overseeing production.
Ward has since gained regular radio play, both local and national, including interviews and a live session on BBC Radio Wales at the start of 2008.

Now with guitarist Chris Bastian and bassist Robbie Jenkins on board, rave radio and press reviews and energetic live shows, Nick Ward is fast becoming the best unsigned singer/songwriter around today.
