About us


My Very Best are a 3-piece rock band based in South Wales. Frontman and songwriter Simon O’Brien, bassist Dylan Williams and drummer Mike Barry have spent the months since forming in June 2006 writing, rehearsing and recorded the achingly emotive songs that will make up their debut EP "The Last Time Forever". Recorded in Redrock Studios with producer Lyn Price, the EP showcases a warm songwriting approach haunted by desperate confusion yet full of quixotic hope. The band continue to write new material while engaging in management and sponsorship talks as they look to take their unique approach of slashing at heartstrings as well as guitars to a wider audience and are already garnering interest from mainstream media.
