About us


We're Midas. We like writing songs about stuff that's happened to us. Like the song we do about a fight that broke out in a chip shop when we were on our way back from Snobs one night. Our new single is called 'Red Shoes', and it's basically a cautionary tale to those dedicated followers of fashion who go out in shoes that look great but run your feet to hell. And also about getting obliterated on shots, then being a bit to free with your love. One of our ex's was a bit like that. Anyway, our first single got to number 59 in the UK Singles Chart and number 3 in the Indie Chart, so we'd love you to help us do even better with this one. It's released on 20th August on our own record label, and it'll be available on limited edition CD single or on any good download site. Or you could text "redshoes" to 78789 right now. Play safe.
