About us


Hey, I'm Matt Wright, hailing from Tonbridge, Kent, England.

The first album, 'Six Scars Later', was released on Monday 12th March, on my small, independent label 'Not Your Fault Records'.

In August 2007, I finished recording my second album ('Darker Than Light') with singer and bassist from Son Of Dork, Steve Rushton, as producer. This album not only features Steve on guitars, but Louis Davis from Outrage on drums.

Both albums are very personal affairs, chronicling a great portion of my teenage years; the emotions I've felt, the times I've been through and thus it gives an insight into me and my life. It is something that many others say they can relate to all aspects of their lives too.

Gigs...

On Saturday 24th March 2007, I supported Son Of Dork at Shepherd's Bush Empire!

I've also headlined a festival at Ministry Of Sound on Monday 20th August 2007 and headlined the second stage at Shalfest 2008!

I have also played at venues such as The Purple Turtle in Camden, The Roadhouse in Manchester, The Boileroom in Guildford as well as countless other smaller venues.
