Indie-rock collides with violin and boy-girl harmonies

Lux Lisbon write epic widescreen indie-rock songs taking their cues from the likes of Arcade Fire, The Killers and a love of great tunes. Bittersweet love stories are set to soaring melodies, boy-girl harmony, clarion-call guitar, piano and violin. The name comes from a character in ‘The Virgin Suicides’

The band met studying Politics and History at Nottingham University and subsequently played over 20 gigs in 7 months at venues such as Stealth and The Social, winning the University’s BOTB at their final gig as students.

Having based themselves in South London, Lux Lisbon are currently gigging in and around London primarily and are looking to book more dates all the time.
