About us


Innocence Lost was formed ten years ago by Aaron Bancroft and Junior Perez in a garage in their home town. For years they went through countless musicians looking for the right mixture of talent to create what was their vision of Innocence Lost. They finally found that talent in Steffen Hales and Bj Jensen. For the past seven years with the current line up they have accomplished goals that most bands only dream of, they started in the garage, progressed to the trashiest bars, grew to clubs, then took it to theatre's, now they open for national acts such as Bulletboys, Quite Riot, Decyfer Down, Skillet, and Hinder. Not bad for a band that doesn't have a manager or a label to back them, they let their live shows carry the word of Innocence Lost to the masses.

Aaron Bancroft (gangus) - Guitars -Aaron is probably the most laid back guy in the world, hard working and determined, he takes his style of guitar playing and makes blues tinged aggression sound melodic, he also knows when to let loose and when to lay back and let the song carry it's self. Not one ounce of ego in him. He let's his talent speak for him.

Steffen Hales (stiffy) - Drums - Steffen is the most hyper, if it gets your adrenaline running he wants in! Always cracking a joke or trying to get a laugh out of everyone he is the band clown. All that aside he is the technical side to this band, his dedication to practice and learning makes him exciting to watch live, he is always coming up with new ways to impress you with his talent without taking away from the songs.

Bj Jensen (yo) - Electronics/vox - Bj is the experimental one, always looking for a new sound or clip or sample. He is always in the studio either writing some lyrics or experimenting on a new song. He takes angst ridden knowledge of generations past and puts it into words, He always puts theatrics in the music as well as his stage presence, and always is looking into the future.

Junior Perez (mcknowit) - Bass/vox - Junior is rock n roll, lives, breathes, eats, rock n roll. He lays down bass lines that are the back bone of songs, driving, constant, and unrelenting. Junior is a maniac on stage, lives for performing live, feels that the meaning of rock n roll is to make people forget their lives for awhile. Always looking for a new way to entertain the people that is his main goal to put on the best show possible for all the people who support rock n roll.

Innocence lost has came along way in seven years, the things that they are most proud of is the fact that they have headlined the Whiskey ago go in Hollywood, and that they have reached the stage of opening for national acts. In Innocence Lost eyes they judge success on the screams of the crowd, the fists pumping in the air, and the unity that their music invokes amongst their fans. And now with the release of the new single Vampire Kiss they will continue to grow.
