About us


The foursome had woven in and out of each others lives until the summer of 2006,
when they decided to form 'Hardly Heroes'. Their music consists of a unique blend of
gritty indie lyrics, melodic pop riffs and rocking chord patterns. This gives the band
their new, original sound which some have said has 'a global appeal'.
The guys have proved their worth by performing with Lil' Chris in front of 8,000+ fans ,and have since supported great bands such as "Young Knives","Outlaw" and "Hot Club du Paris"
We reguarly rock out at reputable venues such as the Eastney Cellars,Unit 22 and The Joiners where many established and famous bands have stood before, and have played Portsmouth Guildhall twice.
Last year,the band were crowned Under 17`s "Live and Unsigned" best band 2007,in a competition which started with over 10,000 entrants.
The bands fanbase continues to steadily increase,and as a result due to great local demand the guy`s have released their E.P titled "Enough Said".
The launch for this E.P was held at the Virgin Megastore Portsmouth,on Friday 29th June,where the band played live to an audience of approximatly 200 invited guests.
