About hANK
hANK is a 3-piece North London based band. hAVING formed in September 2007 Idir Brouk, Iason Everitt & Beftahk swiftly got their act together with an arduous and relentless series of rehearsal/ writing sessions. Following that, a spate of some 40 gigs in and around London followed, and the bAND then recorded their first EP 'hONK?' and are now back in the gigging mode. Following the last 'Live & Loitering' tour though, hANK are looking to play the better venues where promoters have an 'ear' and care about the bands and the music that they allow into punters' ears. hANK are a tight gestalt; have songcraft, and the perception to enjoy the music. hANK can be very fast, loud, furious and heavy, but also subdued, relaxed, maybe chilled, and certainly melodic. hANK play.
