Ed Lee is an alias.

My name is Tommy Barr, I'm a 32 year old family man, who writes songs for the theraputic qualities of music.

The name Ed Lee is a combination of my childrens middle names, which are as you would imagine Edward and Lee.

The guitar piece for the track, "Off on another one", evolved over long period of time and the lyrics were added a number of years after it began. The song was recorded in Livingston at Craigsfarm studios in 2003 and done in one take. If you listen to the remix version, you can here the superb work of the producer Paul Kane, who added his own touches.

My mate Kevin, uploaded a couple of tunes on this site, and to my surprise and delight a fair amount of people seem to like what they've heard. Good on ye's all!!! Thank you.
