Hi,

I am a songwriter and producer currently living in Jamaica (I moved from the U.K two years ago because I needed more sunshine!), and I think the scorching sun (not the Jamaican Rum!) motivated me to re-produce a song I wrote some time ago (please tell me what you think of it). The song is called "Now's The Time", and the genre is smooth R&B with a Rub-A-Dub Reggae remix. I'm not the singer on the track...that's the voice of "CHETENGE" (pronounced Cheh-Ten-Gae), and I think she's done a great job. The name 'Chetenge' means Mother Of The Village. Chetenge recently had a big hit with a song called "Over Fifty" (it's great..check it out at www.chetenge.com).

But back to the song "Now's The Time". I wrote it while thinking about how difficult it can be (especially for girls) to tell someone that you really fancy them...I know quite a few people in this situation! (I wonder if this song will motivate anyone to 'make that move'. But please don't blame me if it doesn't go as planned!)

I'm looking for a record deal and/or a publishing contract. So what do you all reckon? Is it gonna be an absolutely massive worldwide hit? I certainly hope so!
