About us


The Black Arrows formed in late July 2006 after a chance meeting in a local pub between Scott and Simon. Both had been active in the buzzing Glasgow music scene for afew years in various guises, forms,styles and differet bands. Before the meeting, Simon had already enlisted the help of guitarist Lloyd Reid and bassist Brian Imrie. After auditioning many drummers...none of which hit the mark, the lads finally settled on the old man of the group..a Mr Craig Richardson. The lads played their first gig in early August in VIPER.The CARLING ACADEMY, FURY MURRAYS and SOUNDHAUS followed soon after. Since then the Black Arrows have went from strength to strength acquiring some well deserved acclaim throughout Glasgow
