BANGBANGBANG! sound like a kick in the arse! After only forming in late 2006 they have already been hitting the London and Brighton gig circuit, playing venues such as Pressure Point, Ocean Rooms and packed out the Candy Bar. Someone once said, "They have that way of making a crowd excited and uneasy..like anything could happen." There's no messing around with these guys (and girl). This female-fronted energetic, melodic and angst-fuelled trio fuse together the energy and attitude of 70's punk with the heavy guitars reminiscent of Nirvana's grunge era. Right now they have just finished recording their first 6 track EP with engineer/producer Marc Waterman (Elastica), which is a currently being played on Brighton's Juice FM radio station. 2007 is set to be a big year for BANGBANGBANG!.. so watch this space! ----The song "Start A Fight" by BANGBANGBANG! will be appearing on "How To Mend A Broken Pier" Volume 5, which features 12 of Brighton's hottest new acts.
